The child dreams of dinners with Jesus or Napoleon or Cleopatra or Shakespeare. The avaricious and young adult dreams of dinners with the powerful who can hold out a trinket he can use. The mature adult wants to be with those who loved him and who will accept his love and dreams of this. I want to be comfortable. I want to be with my mother. I want to get us both home safely.
